There was a 1982 Ford Cortina registered on a new prefix plate (04 plate I think but could be wrong) that had been sat in the dealers unregistered for years, its only the year of registration that reflects the plate...not the year a car was made.
You can either get the key (from halfords or a car audio place), or just use 2 thin allen keys put them in the 2 holes on one side and move them round until you feel it release...move that side out, then do same on other side and its out (nice and easy).

All depends on how it was BEFORE you started doing that! If it was high 20's, low 30's before you decided to do that, then the AVERAGE for the journey (from when the clock was reset) would not be accurate. If you'd reset it at the the beginning of THAT trip, or as you put the car into Cruise...

Removed a mate's Powerflow from his Megane Coupe with the help of someone else last weekend. It looked like it had been put together (sealed) using a sealant rather than exhaust paste.
Took us ages to get it off and was a bodge, it does depend on the franchise as to the workmanship, but if...
