They really come alive with 20k ish miles on. The oil they are supplied with doesnt allow the best ring sealing in quick time, so the bores tend to glaze and the rings never seal as well as they could. Proper stick will help.

um, you can drift them.......... they just need broken rear bearings and 20" wheels.......erm, yea...... Not a great car for that at all. if you spent the time setting it up then you could possibly do quite well, but it would be a slow responding pendulour car...which might be ok actually...

Get a 2ltr. The 1.6 can make some rather good power, but to get anywhere near it you need to spend some mad money to support the rpm required.
