I agree that there are much better systems than Bose, but the comment about "proper speakers" is bulls**t and meaningless! Seperating the bass and mid range frequencies from a speaker will increase sound reproduction in any speaker. Bass is non-directional so can be ported from anywhere in a...
Not sure what "people in the know" he has spoken to, they obviously arnt in the same knowledge base im in!
Yes I have seen such fuses blow at 25A and nearly all will. Remember its about durration not just the load. It takes a bit longer, but it will blow...
Not quite following you there Dink; where did you get the 70amps from? they are 20amp fuses arnt they? Iv never seen any 20A fuse go above 25A without blowing... :S Also surely we are saying the same thing overall, that he needs better cabling?!
I did a test with this, went onto 99 ron for a month a noticed no change in anything tbh! MPG was the same and responce felt the same. So have now gone back to the normal stuff.
Thanks everyone. To do a 3D shots you need to take 2 pictures, about 6cm's apart. What I tend to do is lean on my right leg and take the picture, then shift my weight to my left leg and take a another picture making sure the camera is aimed at the same central spot. This gives you the 2 images...
Just a few I took the other day whilst driving on a country road... These are GIFs so might take a while to load...
>>> Non 3D:
>>> 3D (wiggle 3D):
And my fav 3D one (if you look at the hedge you can see the 3D really well)...
I should probably mention that 10 awg probably will cope for everyday use, but if the amp does happen to pull near the 400+ mark for extended periods, then the wire will begin to break down and you wont get full power to the amp (the wire will also become hot). this in turn will casue clipping...
The maximum that amp can produce with 0% loss (or short circuit to) is 480wrms based on those fuses - by my calcs, that will require a minimum of 8awg, thus I would go with 6 or 4awg incase you want to add another smaller amp at a later stage. :) always quote the RMS if you can, its the only...
hold on. im confused! So you have changed the arches all round? Or is it just the fron one that differ from sport/nonsport? the Mk1's used to be wider all round...
must have been arson, I dont see how it would catch fire when not being driven. The fuses would blow on anything that was pulling the required amount of amps to cause a fire. Did you get a payout? did you not have protected no claims?!
