hummmm 8800, dont you need to do 10000 to just break the engine in? must be a spinner.

yep mine did this and it was coil pack, new ones only 3 months old and its starting to go already. i think its to do with the damp.

gearbox top up is on the front side, you'll need a tube to get the oil in.

ask for red manaul transmission fluid. its 1 grade above ATM and reduces tranmission power loss, and helps it go into gear easyer

iv got one of these m8, my cars only a 1.2, but i bought 100 x 50bhp gain resisters off ebay, and have also managed to come across some red kryptonite, at RR got 5000bhp ATW. lol.

^^^ dosnt matter how far ahead you brake, if your only using your brakes then there alot more chance of losing control...it dosnt take much!

also if you have a powerful engine, pulling away in second is more liklyy to spin the wheels! the "use clutch only" works for some, but i dont like it! lol. i just slip my clutch a bit more and still give it a bit of revs, else my 1.2 engine just dies. ALWAYS USE ENGINE AS BRAKE IN ICE/SNOW! it...

^^^ i think all of them "clunk", they are all shite box's tbh. best thing to do is go to garage, ask for "red manual gearbox oil", its 1 grade up from ATF and reduce's transmission loss and helps gear change.

if you watch the top gear video, it actully shows the clios go up on what they call a "tripod" (on 3 wheels) when you take a corner to hard, but they wont actually roll over until alot more force is applyed. theres a link on here to the video somehwhere....
