I think that's the bandwagon factor. No one can explain why the 182cup is pointless, but they don't say the same about the 200cup??
They aren't even thinking about it tbh, just repeating like a parrot!
Exactly. So if the 182cup was pointless, the 197cup and the 200cup are! Only difference being they actually look worse with the unpainted bits! And you got the cup spoiler/splitter thrown in with the 182cup, you get fack all with the mk3 cup's! You west country bumpkin!
I'd sling the Trophy in...
The 182cup was 2% lighter than the 182. The 200cup is 3% lighter than a 200. If that 1% makes 1 pointless and not the other..........well it's nonsense, isn't it? Neither of them are about true weight saving, they are about making it cheaper to get into an RS. The end!
Lovely stuff. Good colour for them as well. Given that the chassis is basically the same, and I prefer the looks (not overtly a fashion type car) I'd prefer on over a 500.
Sure you could buy one, coilovers and a turbo for a heavy saving over an abarth. Would be a riot!!
Now I think that looks great. I've been told it's not as simple as just removing the end plates, it has to be sanded down and smoothed before painting. But worth it!
I like the cup spoiler on the 197, but not on the 200. There was a pic knocking about of a 200 with a cup spoiler, but without the end plate bits. Looked brilliant, I'll try and find it.
