clio sports getting common much ?

How can more people buy 2nd hand cars?? They are all ready on the road?? Unless you live in a dump, and more poor people can afford them?

    Golf MK5 Gti appreciation.

Worms, can of...... The GTi feels more nimble, lighter. The R32 sounds massively better, feels more 'solid' when driving. I prefer the GTi.

    Golf MK5 Gti appreciation.

From some sheep?? ;) Seriously, great cars. They do the everyday stuff so well, but still good to drive when you push hard. More fun than a standard 197 imo.

    Fitted my H.I.Ds

Sorry, but xenons etc in standard reflector is retarded. Totally unsuitable set-up, guaranteed to dazzle oncoming roadusers. Reflector units designed for halogen should never be used for xenons!

    182 cup opinions

The wheel in the 182cup is more basic, so doesn't melt as a result. Also slightly thinner rim, I preffered it. To some people pleather and xenons aren't that important. To other people, they just wanted the cheapest option.

A brilliant weekend in the Vee.

    Gutted. Hope they are ok.

    182 cup opinions

Typical CS mini-bandwagon. The 197/200cup aren't pointless, but the 182cup is? Idiots!

New Nissan DiG-T engine hinted at for next RS Clio...

Ah, got you. I suppose that's the issue, hot hatch market is getting more congested, attracting new buyers must be a big factor.

New Nissan DiG-T engine hinted at for next RS Clio...

I've just got 400miles out of 1 tank in the 200! Very impressed. And your post completely contradicts your previous one?

New Nissan DiG-T engine hinted at for next RS Clio...

Aaaaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhhh! Is everyone unable to read????????? The 2l engine in the 200, meets the upcoming regs!! (or can be made to ;)) The general public are the ones demanding more mpg, it's supply and demand.

Focus RS500 vs. Clio 200 Cup [Brown Bear will appreciate this]

Of course they can be compared! Why? Because people who are genuinely interested in cars, want to see it. I would say an exige can be compared to a gt3. A gt3 to a scuderia. Price, bhp means nothing in the equation.

Focus RS500 vs. Clio 200 Cup [Brown Bear will appreciate this]

Nonsense. Utter garbage. So now we can't compare 2 hot hatches because of the price difference? So can we not compare a 911turbo with a gallardo? Or a 458? I think you kids are forgetting that comparing, and considering buying both are 2 different things. And as in all these situations, the...

Focus RS500 vs. Clio 200 Cup [Brown Bear will appreciate this]

No. Similar size, but one doesn't have the added weight and losses of a 4wd system. He said rolling, so traction isn't an issue.

KW variant 3 for 182, available from yozza?

It's being made good before it goes in.

New Nissan DiG-T engine hinted at for next RS Clio...

I think with the bigger cars, the only way to get co2 levels manageable across the range is with the turbo's. Ridiculous given that there's very little real world economy difference, they just excel on a bench test. The 200/197 engine can be made compliant for the upcoming euro regs (and...

    182 Cup or Trophy

Clearly has an interest, otherwise he'd be looking at a diesel fabia. In that case the trophy is the better option if he can afford it.

New Nissan DiG-T engine hinted at for next RS Clio...

The 200 doesn't seem to kangaroo? But I always spend a minute or so with the engine on setting up the stereo, Bluetooth etc. The engine is not being binned, 100%. As said, they'll be common place in a sports car soon. Not sure if that means they are keeping it in the Clio though.

KW variant 3 for 182, available from yozza?

Mare to fit on the 200 by all accounts. Revoknuckle style nonsense on a car with bugger all torque. Thanks.

    182 Cup or Trophy

I've owned both the options you're considering. I won't even bother addressing the fool that feels the road optimised trophy is pointless unless you go on track. IMO, the 182 with cup packs is more fun than a trophy (standard) on track, it's a bit more adjustable. If you can afford it, get a...
