Yeah I'd be the same about breaking it, idea seems great but the reality isn't always the same. I'd still buy it back though, somebody would still want it for repairing, I reckon it's still a way of clawing some cash back?
If you can't get the bonnet open to change filter, chances are he won't get it open to see it!
Unlucky on the accident mate, feel for you, must be gutting!
Push for buying it back, break it and get some money back, worst part is premiums going up in future!
May have a set for sale soon, good condition, good tyres, they worth much?
Ideally want some 182 wheels in exchange with some cash if possible?
Is that likely?
No point removing rear speakers, they're so light you could add that weight again eating a big lunch!!
Why would anybody remove the fuel rail guard out of choice?! What happens if someone smashes straight into you?!
And you'll love having no toolkit when something simple goes wrong and you...
Totally, that's what gets me, I see so many, even friends, and don't have the heart to tell them! A friend had his front bumper and splitter done recently, totally different shade and had HUGE runs in it, I was gobsmacked! The two easiest things to spot and he had no idea..!
As I said, I simply...
Ahhh right! Well yeah, I agree it can be done, at the right place :)
Down where I am there are so many terrible shops, as a result so many terrible jobs. But there are also a sprinkling of fantastic places, it costs but it's one area I'd never skimp!
I bet you're constantly spotting terrible...
A good shop could do it, as good as people without the equipment claim to be, I wouldn't be happy unless they had some expensive paint matching/dating equipment with a colour like this, so close to silver, it wouldn't be the easiest to match. My day is filled with spotting terribly matched...
Wheels are too big, original look better. It's not a genuine cup is it? Has cup vents in wings and cup splitter/bumper though? Like the exhausts and colour
That would make a massive difference, I know it's less simulator like but didn't expect the demo to be SO arcade like, that'll be why.
In Motorsport 4 the only aid I have is ABS, everything else is simulation and turned off, makes it so much more realistic, especially with the MS wheel
I'm sure supercharged one is alarmingly fast, and maybe sounds different in person, but I just don't think you can beat the sound of N/A. The noise of this one is just insane, so Ferrari-esque, but like a 70s or 80s race car Ferrari, perfect, must turn heads everywhere on sound alone?!
Brave, brave man! Lovely cars, driven my friends a few times, awesome throttle response, slick box (until it explodes on the road!) and lovely interior!
We often joke at how much his has cost him in total, he's owned it about 6yrs, bought for £4500, stands him in at about £15,000! A grand of...
This was such a ball ache for me, but is the only place to go without drilling holes!!
I had to have a helper in the end, used a very long screw driver to poke it through and grabbed it from the engine bay.
Out of the five closest wires, so:
Black,
Red,
Orange/white,
Blue/white,
Yellow,
Brown,
which one is the remote for amp?
Red has a plug with another plug coming off halfway along, as does yellow. The rest are straight wired from block to connector.
Thanks for your help!!!!
Hey bud, kk, god that's been a few years now! Nah long since left probus, that was back when I had my 1.8 16v! Did you used to have a Clio back in the KK days or?
Yeah time will tell on the plate, hopefully it'll be ok!
Am I right in thinking your from Plymouth mate? If so, fair enough, I think the coppers in Plymouth are far more likely to pull up cars in instances like you say, but they are a lot less lenient I think than maybe down where I am. I may stand corrected one day, I don't know, but I hope it's not...
I just don't get what looks tacky?! Ha.
I'm usually the first to think something looks tacky if it even remotely does, I just don't see it with this plate?! Odd.
I had the other plate from the before shot on for last 6 weeks, passed plenty of police without any hassle, touch wood they see a...
