I've had an aftermarket steering wheel and seats for a while now, and when first bought, I'd done all the right things with resistors etc to keep these lights off.
It all went through a mot with no dramas
recently the lights came on and no amount of fiddling has turned them off. I've had...
could well be tyres, sounds silly but i changed mine, old tyres alignment was fine, new tyres with different tread pattern = alignment off. one of the guys who works for mark fish said exactly the same.
they've been removed, i've used resistors and they're still on. I can remove engine faults, but ideally want them removed from the ecu, so the sequence still works.
easy enough, hardest part was taking the bumper off and that was 10 minutes.
tbh, I haven't polished it etc since last summer. But when it does happen, I use poor boys polish and dodo juice purple velvet wax.
Thanks, nope nothing at all, they come in a et25. Tbh at the current height they...
Try to keep the slating down :( haha
Pics of the new wheels just after a quick clean and some lovely new cf washer blanks too.
The height issue should be sorted soon as it's going into mark fish for a full geo and suspension set up.
the bottom ring is the lock ring, you move this first (usually just to get it out of the way) then move the top ring down or up depending on height.
down -> lower (less pre tension)
up -> higher (more pre tension)
Once at the right height, move the bottom ring up to the top and make sure...
You should be able to get away with 40mm on standard shocks, but if I were you I'd definitely invest in some coilovers, then you can play about all you like.
I removed rears from the hose end and took them in with my braided hoses to a local garage and they made the copper pipes to fit. cost me £20. Saved me time and effort.
At worst you'll have to take them off at the bracket (with wheel off, left side of n/s disc).
