I've got gaz gha's on my 182 which have height and damping. I've had no issues what so ever and for the £600 i spent i'm happy.

yes mate, i changed to an aftermarket wheel and had the same issue. went out and bought other stalks, which also didnt work, then i changed that plate and it worked lovely.

i wouldn't say its the ring, im almost certain it's the tag issue. if you take the ph1 stalk off, on the front of is is a small panel held on with 2 torx screws, it needs taking off and replaced with the same part from the ph2 stalk.

you need the self cancel tag/panel from the ph2 stalk as it's slightly longer. I had same issue did this and it worked a treat.

Some of these have been damaged whilst several attempts at fitting an aftermarket boss...can i replace them all and does anyone have an idea how to do it? also is the steering angle sensor coded to the car? Thanks

I've had a little search and haven't come up with a definitive answer. Last week I changed the steering wheel and got the steering angle sensor wrong and this chucked up a whole bunch of lights. I since sorted by taking the aftermarket wheel off and resetting the angle sensor on squib. But...

Is there anywhere in the world, that makes 3/4 pressed plates? (sorry for the hijack)
