With oil coolers in cold weather the oil doesn't get up to correct temp there for driving round with cold oil not lubricating the engine , personally i would not bother not unless your running 400bhp !

Apex are purely cosmetic , they do not make the car handle any better in some case's worse,(in my case) they just lower the center on gavity there for making you feel lower to the ground ,does anyone know the poundage of these springs ? reason i ask this if the spring is to stiff hard or harsh...
