It will expose the fuel rail which bothers some people and could cause issues in a crash. 4 bolts I think it is, you'll need a rachet, Fred knows the bolt size iirc.

Lose the 5k kick? Doesn't sound good :S. Try removing the fuel rail and feeding it down that way, I think the aftermarket elbow helps a lot though.
