No they're not
Do not buy the Milltek one as it won't fit unless you then purchase the joining sleeve which is pointless. Best one is probably the Scorpion one
...Custom design.. Does this include orange peel and runs?
Unfortunately I could not find any second hand parts that I was satisfied with (I am very fussy) so I have purchased new Genuine Renault. New bumper is £180 and new bumper is £150 which I thought is not too bad. It is booked in to be...
Do you know what engine spec your going to run then?
The exterior is going to stay Odyssey Blue as I cannot be bothered to spray it but the interior and under the bonnet will be a metallic grey similar to some of the original cup race cars.
Bought these the other day too. Will spray them gold...
Yep sure is a right faff at times it's proving! Not had any progress on mine for ages but should hopefully see it done sometime this month.
On another note I had a look at yours the other day and I must say it looks great in red against the grey top work:)
Re: Boosted BlackGold Project - F4rT content.
Which one!? lol the 182 should be back on the road this month and the 172 I am also hoping to have the cage done by the end on the month
Sorry chap, I am just as eager as you!
It has been a very long time now but am hoping for the cage to be completed this month some time.
Although atm I am glad that it isn't in my garage as my daily 182 is in bits still from hitting a deer nearly 3 weeks ago. Still haven't got the bodywork...
I know and looking at a glance it doesn't look too bad but I think is bad enough for an insurance company to write it off :( I will do my best to resuscitate the old girl....the Clio that is not the deer ;)
The headlight surrounds are quite bent.. The passenger side is just on the verge of creasing at the bottom where it is joined to the main chassis so will still pull out but needs to go up and out to one side. It has pushed the ecu jamming into the pas reservoir and where the rad was hit so hard...
Nope I left it for 2 reasons...Firstly I have no idea how to gut a deer, secondly it rag dolled down the road and as I moved it is was clear that it was not in a condition to put in the back of my car...
I was very thankful that it wasn't a stag! This one weighed enough though....I had to move ithttp://www.flickr.com/photos/16747306@N07/7586009958/" target="_blank"> Untitled...

I am fine thank you chaps..
Deer was pretty big and is definitely brown bread..
Under closer inspection I think I can fix it lol By eye it needs, alternator, condenser, radiator, fuel rail, loom plugs, rad hoses, slam panel, grill, bumper, wing, bonnet, headlight, splitter and a couple of...
The front legs have not been welded to the plates yet no..
I understand what you are saying and really welcome any pointers that help the project move along a little smoother so thank you:)
I will speak with Ashley tomorrow and see what we can do
Any help from yourself and others is appreciated
Ah I'm glad that you enjoy it :) Thank you
Thanks very much Kenny for such a detailed response:)
Great stuff to hear that you are getting on better with the welding. I have a TIG welder but my Grandad has has borrowed it back as his has gone wrong atm. I will start doing more welding as soon...
Cheers chaps
Yes Dan the steering column will have some major ish work done to it as I will be losing the ignition barrel, moving it down quite alot, fabricating new tube work for it to brace to the cage and having the steering wheel much further back
