Just for looks mate tbh, but 50s are a tenner cheaper a tyre so think i'll stick with 50s by what you guys are saying :)

I will be getting new tyres for the clio soon, and i'm wanting to know if there is much difference in speed if I got 45 profile rather than 50, as I don't want my speedo to be too far out! Wheels are standard F1's. I have done a quick search but I'm at work at the moment ;) cheers for any info

UPDATE HIDS FITTED Right, finally got my HIDs fitted, as well as my LED sidelights, indicator bulbs and flat wipers. Big thanks to JAM and Tom couldn't have done it without them, was a spot on day and a good laugh! No pics of the progress but here are some afters thanks to JAM...

Small update, clear indicators for the headlights and white sidelights have arrived this morning! Will be fitted on the weekend :)

Right thought it was time I posted this, purchased my clio on saturday from a very nice chap, very genuine and when he told me the history of the car and showed me how much it's been looked after i had to have it! The guy even dropped the car off with his dad, saved me an hour plus journey to go...

Not sure if this is a common fault so sorry for being a newbie, but currently now and again my serv and airbag light come on at the same time, then go off randomly. Is there an obvious reason for this or could it be a bit more complicated? cheers

bit of a conflict in opinions there, i would also like to know this although it may just be a case of personal preference unless anyone has proof of either being "better"?

Cheers guys! The car will be kept very clean and subtle, no chavvy bits here :approve: first is silvertec bulbs for headlights, no more fried egg look! then clear side repeaters with silvertec bulbs. Plans are mainly to lower it on coilies, stealth exhaust, uprate other bits and peices...
