Which bulbs did you have before? I think you're right about the colour change. I'd look it up and print off the legislation and keep it in the boot if you wrap it again. Shame about the blue though! Just means you have an excuse to go to another colour if you want ;)

Best thing to clean glass? Cleaned my windscreen with Mr Muscle Glass Cleaner and now its smeary as hell inside. I have APC, Mr Muscle Glass Cleaner, and AG Glass Polish. What shall I use to get it looking spotless?

Looks like that's down to the plastic. The slight scratches below will come out with polish. For the black mark, if polish doesn't shift it at all and its down to the plastic I'd get a touch-up pen, best way to use them is to layer the paint up and then wet sand it slightly so its flat, then...
