Cleaned my throttle body up, lubed the throttle cable and wow what a difference like a new car! Refitted std dog bone whilst i get i put the replacement bushes on my evolengineering mount and sorted the bloody wiring under my seat so dont have the stupid lights on - oh and ive put the turinis...

3M kit mate - did mine loads better has'nt gone hazy again.

Disconnect the battery for 20 mins or so.

Lol - hopefully it will settle down once ive driven it a bit. Tbh once Ive got the turinis tidied up and new tyres on they will be going back on. I like the F1's but prefer Turinis:cool:

Well seeing no one shares my love for the Turinis... I thought I better get some F1's on there! Is that better:rasp: Oh and 5 mm spacers up front fitted as well. Dave.

How mine stands at the mo.. Tomorrow a set of F1's are going on so I can tidy up the Turinis and get some fresh tyres on them. However after seeing so many nice Ph1's with F1's on they might stay on for a while! Will get some pics up when the F1's are fitted. Dave.

Bit of laquer peeling - crazing - looks really crap - tried some AG polish and made no real difference - respray or wrap I think is the only option.

Hi, Paintwork on my roof has seen better days so one option will be to have it wrapped. I know very little about this so bear with me.... 1 - Approx cost to do just roof - professional, don't fancy doing it myself! 2 - Can you get it the correct car colour or is it just generic base...

Got to agree with V800MJH those wheels don't suit the clio, they look better on VAG stuff imho. There is another ph1 sport near me on similar wheels to the ones above and it does not look right. Nothing wrong with turinis (baa!) but maybe 1.2's or superleggera's or similar? Or even some f1's...

Re: Anyone want to make some easy money? Def vouch for it - when the search function works again I will dig up my thread about the kit - before and after pics etc. Mine were proper s**t really spoiled the car, 2 hours later with the 3M kit they looked like new!

Hi, After some advice on what i can check as my car is squeaking!! On acceleration at lowish revs the car squeals a lot quite noisy, seems like its passenger side front, it does every time I accelerate. Engine mount? suspension component of some sort or??? everything feels ok drive wise...

105,000 - cheers probably leave her as she is at the moment, maybe refresh suspension etc + she has a bit of squeak when you accelerate so need to investigate that, poss engine mount?
