Probably the little 'nipple' on the passengers side wing mirror has bust - get a new mirror or new sensor and it should be ok. I had exactly this over xmas - in all that snow it was 45deg C! second hand sensor off someone of here - 10 mins to fit job done! I think there are some posts on here...

Borrowed 16mm tap from work and now fits a treat - looks nice so well pleased!

No not of ebay but I think it is one of yours - certainly looks the same as the one in the pics on your advert. The 2 threads measure about 0.6mm different - even the std one was a bit tight but as you say I put that down to crap in the thread - I did give a clean as best I could and a good...

:S Is the thread for towing eyes different on different age cars? I have just bought a s/s towing eye and it wont fit! The std towing eye in the tool kit measures about 16.3mm in dia where as the new one measures nearer 17mm and wont fit? I guess I can have the thread recut at work but am...

Yes - when the cover is removed you will see a plug going to each injector, just unplug one at a time and see what happens.

Take the cover of and with the engine running unplug one injector at a time - when it has no effect on the running of the engine that is the knackered one, if the injector is ok the engine will run really crap.
