If you want a "turbo" buy a turbo charged car and save yourself problems.
Not sure what the correct way to go about this is but when my battery went flat on mine it messed my immobiliser up. Car wouldnt start like you said as the immobiliser was stopping it, went out and bought a new battery but still didnt cure it.. Eventually i ended up leaving the car for a few...
Depends what you do.. theres obviously going to be less restrictive air flow which is the whole reason for ITBs. But if your going to have carbs then get a cam / set of cams to work with them and then get them jetted properly and advance the timing to suit. Im not familiar with the these engines...
Hmm i would pay someone who knows what they are doing to do it for you mate. It is still an advanced job if you havent any knowledge of whats involved. For eg. Taking things apart the correct way and then putting them together the correct way for starters..
Don't suppose any one knows wether or not you can get the Paradas in 195/45/16?
