Personally I got a Cup'd one. Ascetically it's more pleasing and I like to keep it standard and didn't want to mess around with aftermarket stuff.
Doubt there would be much if anything in a head-to-head though.

Try the del key.
It tells you what you have to press when it posts.. go into the bios and set the cd drive to be bootable by putting it first in the boot selection order.
Sem 2 also covers RIPV2 / IGRP / EIGRP / OSPF / IS-IS and briefly BGP.
Sem 3 also covers wireless
not sure what else is covered in sem 4 yet. And I agree.. it is very stretched out.. but it gives you time to get on with a normal life.
What networking related qualifications do you have if you don't mind me asking.
I'm on Semester 3 of CCNA and am thinking about moving into networking from my current role.
1st line makes the coffee
2nd line slags off 1st line
3rd line writes scripts to do everything while slagging off 1st and 2nd line.
Unfortunately I'm 1st, 2nd and 3rd line.. makes for an interesting conversation with myself though..
Yes, Like yourself I use custom helpdesk software which generates reports on software usage.
I work in a smaller company so is manageable that way. It would be nice if mozilla started looking at corporate rollouts as it would no doubt get them a lot more installs.
Or better yet.. while your down the shops..
buy two drives.. replace broken drive and set additional drive up as a hot spare.
Oh and make sure you get as close to the size of the hard drive you are replacing (must be equal or more) as if you have a raid 1 with 500gb drives then buy a 1TB you...

I just push it out via AD GP. At least if the laptop users eventually connect to the corp network they have to do the updates before they can log on.
