I've been looking for a while for something cheap with a good amount of space and bandwidth.
Been looking at dreamhost.com and just happened to find their offer for Easter today.
1 Year hosting, unlimited bandwidth and storage... shell access and a free domain name for as long as you have...
If you mean 50MB/s then yes, the restricting factor is your hard drives. Gigabit is good for a theoretical 100+ MB/s
10Gig ethernet for home is where its at though ;)
I have the Nikon D60 and yes you do have to watch what lenses you buy, but only really if you want to retain all the features (Auto focus, VR etc).

I've seen some of the stuff the CCNP guys are studying.. its quite interesting too. TBH I found Sem 1 boring !! i'm glad to hear Sem3 is interesting as I will look forward to that now.

just download the ISO on a different computer, burn it to cd and boot the laptop from the cd. it will run the memtest and report any faults.
Na, hard drives go that's normal (unfortunately)... it only takes a small amount of time to eliminate the obvious stuff..
Like, run a memtest etc. its not difficult as there are programs out there that will do it for you.. some BIOS's have a mem test built in aswell.
There's your problem.
Ordinarily I would just leave it at that but...
Worst case scenario your 'mate' did something like hit the ram with static or something.
More likely it just windows being windows.. try a re-install and see if your still having problem..
could be a ton of things...
Go to add/remove programs and get rid of network-manager
