People earlier saying they don't like Operation Metro on Conquest...that has to be one of my favourite maps. The B flag skirmishes can be epic and great for multi kills if you have an RPG or something, had multi-kills of 4 or 5 people in a single shot several times.
But then, and this is why I...
Happy christmas all, this is my first post in a couple of months as I decided to have a CS sabatical! :)
Anyway in the meantime I have been playing this game a fair bit, about 60 hours or so now - completed Engineer and Support now working on Assault. Recon seems pretty weak now though compared...
Picked up the original Dragon Age and all the DLC for £12 as I LOVE Mass Effect and thought this was a good game to tide me over until the final installment of the trilogy.
Has anyone else got it?
My first impressions are that it's really good, good story, good level of customisation, high...
Agreed mate. I know PCs have higher resolutions, but I don't care. All I care about is how it plays and I am confident it will be great on all formats.
I sort of agree with CJ but home cinemas now usually have a wide mix of inputs - mine has 4 HDMI inputs for example so Xbox goes straight in, and the Bluray player is integrated into the player too.
Like most things though depends what your needs are and how much you want to spend mate...
It is a marvellous age we live in - Angry Birds on HUGE TVs! :)
The new Nintendo Wii U will be sort of like a transition console between the current type and the sort of thing being proposed here.
Mate, the gaming section in Metro is actually one of the best sources of gaming information anywhere, it got bought from the old C4 Teletext service GameCentral when old teletext died - it's been going about 20 years and the main editor used to write for Edge. I've got several coats, should you...
Quite scary, especially the last paragraph...

How much you paying for it? TBH though I would be happier if my broadband just worked, always drops out over wireless, when watching films....any ideas why? (sorry to go off topic)
You should try Aqua Pets...the lamest yet most addictive game I've played. It's like Pokemon fishing. Only with no battles or skills, yet still I play....
343 worked alongside Bungie for several months and I think even helped develop the latest map packs. Not to say they know how to make a good game but really all they have to do is take what Bungie have made and create a new story arc. Technically it should be solid, as it's just an updated engine.
Brilliant. Love the attitude of admin on here...try to have a rational debate and when people disagree with you, they resort to swearing.
I hope you are as mature in real life. t**t.
Christopher, If you read my posts, not just parts of it, you will see I am not in any way dissing Apple or any of it's products. It's marketing is genius in that many of it's customers are like religious zealots.
I am happy with my S2 right now and I am very sorry that my opinion diverges...
Because even in the Apple thread, they refer to you as a fanboy....
A fanboy is one who gets annoyed when people question why they don't contemplate others (as you have) and feel the need to defend them (as you have).
I already said it's a very good phone, I just said it wasn't the best OR cheapest phone, so I wouldn't recommend it personally.
My point about super brands is that people continue to madly support them and won't even contemplate alternatives as their loyalty is so extreme. Not having a go like...
Because most the people on here, like you, are Apple fanboys?
And also because Apple, as a superbrand, are reverred in the same way as a religion by many, many people. I'm not even exagerrating, but some people respond to Apple in the same way religious people do with certain stimuli...which...
I did say that tongue on cheek, as I suspect you are "one of them". I'm not brand loyal I buy the best phone for me each time I upgrade, got an HTC before, Samsung now, maybe an iPhone next time. Just makes me laugh whole forums of people dedicated to, for example, a white iPhone..."oh wow. It's...
Erm, the S2 is more expensive than the iP4 (or the deal I could get, offered me it for free) - I paid >£100 for the S2.
I definitely didn't buy it to save money lol.
If Android owners are geeky then iPhone owners are man-bag lenseless-glasses with a bit of stubble and trying to be the cool...
Erm, you were just comparing? And if you think it is absurd to not contemplate an iPhone, then I would say you are an Apple-ficiando, and therefore one of those people who go to bed dreaming of curved aluminium surfaces, prefering the touch to that of a human, and willing to have it at any...
Gally...I can't see why you would not take off your Apple-tinted specs and realise that, actually, there are several better phones than the iPhone 4 out now. And they are cheaper too.
As I said, even my iPhone 4 fanatic friends were very envious of my S2, the only thing they could think of...
S2....from what I can see it is better than Sensation in a variety of ways. Sense was the only semi-trump card over the S2 but you can buy most of the Sense widgets anyway on the market.
I've made Chrome my browser and along with Gmail it's awesome...everything saved online, can link bookmarks/contacts/other stuff with your Android phone etc.
As for OS though, Win7 is fine I actually like it, far fewer glitches than previous installments and runs fast and smooth. Can't see W8...
Gravitron is a live wallpaper and just pretty cool to play around with, doesn't drain battery too badly either.
Bought ChromeMarks app which syncs all your Chrome apps from your pc onto your phone, and organised into folders. Means you don't need to store it all on your phone, really...
