Yeh...quite annoying. There is still so much life left in BF3 and the mere mention of BF4 shows their focus has already shifted, so the maps might just be a cash in and official servers probably switched off again before too long! There was several years between 2 and 3 interspersed with the Bad...
Mate all I would say is don't buy too many at once as modern games take weeks or months before you finish them. Skyrim alone took me 140 hours and still not finished!
Yeh I said "I don't mean Jelly Bean I mean ICS" as I think he got confused. I repeated several times it's been out for months, then kept explaining as if I was a r****d why they couldn't do it all at once, so I said "yes I appreciate that but surely as ICS is being replaced now, then it should...
Just rung Orange, their response "we are rolling it out to our customers over time" "yes, but it's been 5 months" "you just need to be patient..."
SHOCKER.
Oh right, nothing like FF then!!! It is kind of like NG but more imaginative and not quite as hard either.
I would also recommend Dragon Age: Origins (not DA 2 though which was rubbish!)
FF? It's just a really cool hack and slash on paper, but with really solid design, fighting styles, upgrades and enemies...really good fun.
Playing Batman at the moment and it is quality.
Xbox: Mass Effect like you say, would also try Gears of War and Halo Reach. Then maybe try more obscure titles like Bayonetta.
For either console would also look at Batman Arkham City and Battlefield 3.
My first proper console was the Megae Drive 2...such a sleek piece of kit at the time and so many quality games on it (Sonic, Micro Machines, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage etc). I feel all warm and fuzzy thinking about playing it now! Seems like only yesterday but was actually about 15 years ago...
Hideous?? I would hardly say that! Probably not as sleek as an iPhone granted, but if you're dismissing a phone solely because of the aesthetics of the case design then I would suggest you have your priorities wrong!!!
Ged - that's why Apple is clever. They get you in to their brand and end up...
I have had 2 android phones and for me they are perfect. Only problem I've had with my GS2 is lack of software update - sure I can do it via my PC somehow but even so, it should be automatic. Some new apps aren't compatable with Gingerbread now either which is going to be a pain for me over the...
My parents have Virgin, I have Sky - both good. I did have BT and they are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely shocking products, service and prices. I was lied to, not given any support and couldn't cancel my contract despite internet not working properly.
Ironic also that no...
Yeh I already have this app mate...has shortcuts to individual programmes too like iTunes or Spotify so like a mouse and remote control in one.
Nice idea though haha!
App I have is called 'Unified Remote (full)' on Android, cost £3 I think. Winning.
Haha fair play. I think ME2 on PS3 had slightly better resolutions than the 360 version as it came out later and was closer to looking more like ME3 did on both consoles, but nothing major. Having said that there is a glitch in the game so my character's look from ME2 didn't carry over (although...
I was doing it with a few different characters and might have been shorter, but seeing how you're usually top of all the leader boards on my friends list I am willing to accept you're probably just better than I am!
Get a unified remote if that's your concern mate, you can even get a unified remote app for your android or iPhone now which you can control everything with!
They are quite handy but I just have my PC in my room hooked up to my TV so for me there's no need! Quite handy to have in the lounge though for watching YouTube etc, the new generation of SMART tvs though are pretty clever, but as always you have to ask how many of the features you will...
Yeh lack of a story is a weakness though, as otherwise levelling your character and exploring becomes very repetitive and there's no quality conclusion. Found the same with Fallout 3....loved the first 20-30 hours, then became an addiction...then it fizzled out and I never touched it again...
Spirez - why on Earth did you do that?!
I need to go through and do the ending again now the extra bits have been created. Either that or just watch them on Youtube. For some reaon even though this is probably my favourite game ever, once I complete each one I never touch them again.
