If your looking at 172, i assume (correct me if im wrong) you'll be spending between 5-7K? In my mind paying 3K a year to insure something worth that doesn't make economical sense.

Think i did, it got to 1K miles then it went back to 0 again.

Is the computer meant to work out the mpg per tank or for the whole of the cars life, so rolling. Mine was on about 29.4mpg before i did a 2000 mile trip mainly motorway and i only got up to 31.3mpg by the end of the trip. Can that be right? Oh and i never use the fuel guage, its up and down...

Ive done about 3K since fitting mine and it doesn't seem to be damaged at all.

When ordering from Ktec make sure they have them in stock as they take ages otherwise. I managed to get one that Ktec weren't completely happy with, had a couple of bits where the carbon fibre wasn't perfect but unoticable when on my car, picked it up for about £60 odd.

Eibach pros and sportlines are good if you want to improve handling but still retain some ride comfort. Ive got sportlines and its still pretty much the same in terms of comfort but noticeably lower, a good 150 notes spent id say.

How low is that RB 197? Or is it just the splitter that makes it look that way?

However its gonna need its 48K service very soon, so would factor that into the price, haggle him down.

So its a cup right? No leather or climate (as you say FF which is not a cup) makes a difference to the price. Does it have headlamp washers?? If its a FF182 i.e. not a cup then yeah thats a good price.

Welcome to CS. Yes you should be able to get a 182 for 7K. If i had my time again id buy a 172 cup in silver and use the extra money you'll save and put in recaros or similar. Although the half leather/ alcantara is nice, the seats are terribly positioned and any drive over 1 or 2 hours will...

Thanks Maz, i'll do a little searching. I hear you regarding the mods, however reckon that applies more to engine mods as opposed styling
