Love the uno turbos, actually better mechanically than the R5 due to them being fuel injected. Can get the power out of them more reliably. Still have the R5 tho ;-)

Have the same thing. Mine is creaky only at low speeds and when going over certain bumps makes a hollow knocking noise. Hate driving the car like this. Booked in with Renault for Thursday, will let you know what it is when I find out.

I have seen a few V6's and given them a flash or wave. Most 182 owners I've seen have been oldy 30-40 year olds and when they see a young for their age looking 24 year old like me they seem to ignore any type of communication. No acknowledgement of thumbs up etc. Weird, as its just love for...

I think dyno are only good for a rough indcation imo of where the engine is at. Torque seems low considering the mods, thought 182's are 148 lb/ft as standard.

you will notice a much slower steering response in the mk1 172 if you have cup pack 182. take one for a drive
