it should be fairly easy to wire in from the OE headunit connector block, basically one block does power, and the other does the audio to the speakers, does one have all 8 connectors wired up ?

jus tell em its the door switch for the interior light, IIRC the usual part number ends in 640 but i could be wrong and their are 2 types depending on the angle of the connector
yea, may aswell have a go yourself but it depends what stuff you have
your gonna need some paint, some fine wet and dry 1500-2000, and a PC/Rotary, if you dont have the buffer for the job you may aswell get a bodyshop to sort it

just buy the Renault one and be done with it, give em your reg and you will get the correct one with no fuss, it amazes me how the factors can supply you the correct air filter every time, yet when it comes to rads they are always wrong

might sound like a stupid question but it isnt, they all have very heavy clutches no matter what engine is in em, you will get used to it in a few days/week or so
