webalizer does work with IIS (google webalizer iis ;)) I know that it lists all the files that have been accessed, perhaps you could use that list as a comparison. Alternativly I wouldnt imagine it would be too hard to write something to do the job for you ?

Install linux with gtkpod.. works like a charm.. is lightweight and fast. A jailbroken iphone is piss easy to transfer songs as I installed openssh on my GF's iphone and can just scp the songs onto it now via wifi.

I don't think you can do it in windows.. It was easiest to get linux to fix the downfalls of windows.. it was only running a sametime (domino messaging) system anyway which we were upgrading to version 8. Version 8 also happens to have a shiny new lotus notes client for Linux :)
