Ye, I know its really bugging me lol ! I do try and find these things out for myself before posting.. but all I could get was SCA2 was a revision of SCA because there were some problems with the design of SCA... no mention of backward compatibility :S
The Server is slightly...
One of the drives in a RAID5 array has failed in one of the dell servers in my work.. am about to order two replacements... but..
Is an SCA2 drive able to connect to an SCA controller.. ?
Its not a setup problem, trust me.
BE10 will just randomly fail for different reason, like it will say the local disk is full but there is still at least 10gig free :S
Or it will say it could not load the media ?? but the media IS loaded ?
Or about 100 other different reasons its given for...

We don't use a company, we use private offsite servers. We were using Veritas Backup Exec 10 (but it was s**t and kept failing) I wrote custom software to do the job as I wanted very specific things. However a good off-the-shelf item I found was bacula (google it ;))

I believe you about the washer jets, but why would this just suddenly happen after the washer bottle has been replaced ? thats whats confusing me ! it cant just be conincidence that both washer jets went faulty and started leaking at the same time !
Its Evans Halshaw at Sighthill Industrial Estate.

If there is nothing stopping it flowing out then it would always leak...
Seriously couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.
Got a phone call from the dealer to say car was ready and come pick it up. Went to the dealers and handed over the keys for the courtesy car and got my keys back in return. Said to service guy hope I dont see you again soon (meaning I hope my...
wash it in mineral free water then let it dry slowly.. the crap/minerals in the puddle water will corode the PCB and IC's in the phone possibly causing more damage.

The problem with VM is if there is a hardware fault in one server it affects all of the virtual servers..
Virtualization is good and has its place but I would have to agree with Daz, if you can afford it go dedicated.
