if its like .001 and .002 etc. then its probably rar'd, just double click the 001 file and run it with winrar as I dont think it associates itself with 001 files.

Its a small usb dongle and i'm guessing he's trying to plug it into the PS3's usb port... which wont work. It would need to plug into a PC, then set up a gateway connection.

When on mains hold down FN and tap the up arrow key. Failing that check you power schemes and look for screen brightness on mains. OR check your BIOS as its sometimes in there.

If your plugging in the 3 stick to the PS3, it wont work.
