Never had a problem.. love it

I got a nice suprise today when i picked up my car from the dealer..
I booked the cup in to have it's rear brakes looked at today as the discs were well rusty & were making a grinding noise when braking.
After reading on here i was convinced they wouldn't replace them under the warranty &...

I tend to change mine myself half way between service intervals.
So i changed the oil in my old 1.2 after 9k or 1 year, then had it serviced at 18k or 2 years.
Saying that i'd better see how many miles i've done in the cup... sure it'll be due a 6k oil change in the not to distant future...
had sky now for well over a year, it's plugged directly into a phone socket.. no filter for me.
Arent these filters just for things like Telephones & possible faxes, to stop any possible interferance?
When i first had BB, someone called me on my house phone before fitting the filter & it...
Thats good to know MarkCup.. i was pretty sure 12k wasn't very much for rear disc & pads!!!! especially as it's never seen a track & i don't drive it particularily hard..
I'll see what they say tomorrow after giving them a ring.
That would be good mate, thanks for that.. some ammo :-)
I think i will get the rear wheels off & take a look for myself on the weekend aswell, see what it's all about before dropping it off.
I'll be ringing to book it in tomorrow.. wish me luck..

I'll let you know ;-)
Don't think i like my chances of winning that bet mind you!
I'm banking on them being really helpful & replacing the discs & pads... whats my chances ...!?
It's amazing how a car that hardly uses rear brakes (and the permanent rust on rear discs proves that!).... has...
The story goes...
A week or so ago when braking i can hear a kind of grinding noise.. .
The rear brake discs have been rusty for what seems like ever. Although it sounded like the grinding was coming from the front discs.
I had a look at the pads (just from looking through the wheel spokes)...
