Re: my clio 172 winter project ( nearly finished )
Haha, I'm only joking mate :)
I washed my wheels yesterday after about a month :o The only downfall with them is that when yet get wet they seem to go rusty on the inside of the looking wheel nut groove :( Just a little heads up if your...
To nice to strip and track. It does still looks awesome :)
Ah mate that's bad luck. But in your defence your all covered due to it being under year'd and under miles before its due. Guess its sold as seen.
Re: my clio 172 winter project ( nearly finished )
Jon got it right. The larger the et number the smaller the offset and vice versa.
Oh and you forgot to add TPI bolts to that list ;)
Re: my clio 172 winter project ( nearly finished )
Whoa! Lucky call there mate, that coulda been nasty!
I checked my wheels and thought they were the same offset but mine are et43 :(
Got my tax sorted :) Got roiling road in a weeks time be nice to see what power it makes. Treated the car to a full tank of Vpower and going to change the oil after work tomorrow if the weathers is ok so it should (fingers crossed) be running ok come Saturday.
Re: my clio 172 winter project ( nearly finished )
Get some pics up of the spacers if you get a chance please. I'm interested in the same size all round (although not for a while) so it'll be good to see how much the push the 2118s out.
What offset are yours?
What would the difference be money wise by selling the rs, then buying a trophy, then Vegas?
How much change would you have once the hols is over and the rs is gone but the trophy still remains?
After looking at my dials i decided that the "RS" stickers were too large so i got Ady (n2grafix) to get some smaller ones made.

I decided that the largest one was too big. I still decided you use the silver one as a shadow and have the red one overlapping...
There's someone selling an 197 wheel on here for £90 iirc. Nice upgrade if you want oem+
EDIT: was r26 wheel:

Renault quoted me £350 for a brand new 182 wheel so I got mine refurbed by snappy on here.
Are you sure it's a ff and not a normal 182 with cup wheels and spoilers? Best way to check is to measure the hubs.
Non cup - 54mm, cup/cup pack - 60mm. Only reason I say is because xenons were standard on ff 182.
Car looks so much better de chav'd/de tinted.
Dan@mad on here does nice...
