They do have to draw the line somewhere really. The new ones are fine though. What is ridiculous is the price of a new larger HDD :mad: You pay to download stuff, then pay to store it somewhere. In this day and age memory should be free / cheap as chips.

Yeh Naith this will be a really good thing for your CV, bid budget games like Mass Effect 2 and stuff use really established and respected actors in their games now as their production values have gone way up over the past few years....and if this franchise takes off which it may well do then...

I think the game only really comes into it's own is after about 10-15 hours in when you aren't complete cannon fodder, just walking off into the yonder and seeing what's out there. Only then do you start to appreciate the size and scope of the game. As I said, I clocked up a whopping 140 hours...

What it takes maybe 30-45 minutes to get into but it's fun from the outset. Yes many people's game of the year in 2008/2009 is bad because you have the attention of a small child...:lolup:

I only bought it for mp, and now can't play it! Only finished probably 5% of the games I've started, often crashes out after first minute or so. The framerate is also v sluggish once you have a few units on the move, and once you drive a tank or plane in later stages it is basically like turn...

Are the games still glitched today? Had about 8-10 in a row yesterday had to quit them all. Not going to play until this is sorted as it's ruining my win and kill ratio! :mad::mad::mad:

In the speed glitch match I was dying if I moved towards a hill as I was oving at such speed I was flying into the air like it was a ramp for a skateboarder.

Just went on, had 3 glitched games in a row with the super speed. Was well annoying as was on a 12 match winning streak (my current best) and all came to an end, had to quit 3 straight matches :mad:

The old maps are being rendered in the new engine though too... Halo has done this with Halo 3, mainly after fan requests...this new map pack sounds ok to me but I don't like sniping type levels really.

I paid £35 and played over 5 days. Compare to cinema which including drinks and popcorn is say £20 for 3 hours. Or pub, £50+ to get smashed and feel awful the next day. Pretty good value I think!!!

Ha same. I roll with usually Predator, Harriers and Pavelow, but sometimes mix Predator for either Chopper or Sentry gun. I know what you mean about Predator, quite a lot of the time they go astride. Nowhere near getting a nuke earlier. For the people whove got one/many...what game...

I got kicked out about 20% of my games last night, matchmaking sucks right now. I got rid of PRedator as it means time vulnerable and most the time you just get 1 kill, where as if you can just get 2 more kills yourself between the 3 types of air support you should get a lot more.

Yeh I got like 35-40 for 2-4 deaths a few times. Considering there are only 75 kills available its pretty good. Especially when the other team go "woah that guy got 35-2!!!" or something. My new killstreak setup is harriers, pavelow and chopper gunner. If you get to the 7 kills then you should...
