It was done at Dartford Metal Polishers I think it was £50 for the inlet and £10 for the fuel rail cover I've got another inlet here that i've been meaning to take down but i've not got round to it

Well there's a cold air feed there to get more air to it and it was already on the car when i bought it so i've just left it. I don't find it a problem really, once you're hammering along it can't be soaking in that much heat.
