Couldnt say 100% without seeing..... but like i said is quite common. Had happened on mine, and seen a few clios damaged with the same, dependednt on how severve the bump was, the roof kinks to the same degree.
Dent man should be able to remove if its shallow, doubt you could do it yourself...
sorry to say this mate, but chances are that its as a result of accident damage in the past, clios involved in front shuts in particular flex there. Dents are quite tricky to remove as well. My 172 had been repaired, there, but i only found after I purchased it.
still cant see it... lol.
The dealers are selling to 06s for 13k, so suppose privately that seems reasonable money,
My 10mth old MK2 172 i paid 11800 for which was cheap at the time, granted my younger 182, i paid 1k less for though, both retail.

is it going into one of the centres, if so then the money is probably worth it, as its not just a cosmetic repair and completed in a dust free environment. In my expierence, stone chips unless theres one or two ar better with a full respray, as it cosmetic repairs always show in certain lights...
