Do you think it could be the fuel pump then? Tried wiring the pump straight to the battery to make sure its getting the full 12 volts?
Also do you have a fuel pressure gauge that you could plumb in just to check that it is holding fuel pressure?
I had my MOT done last sat and was chatting to the guy doing the MOT and he said that the garage can overrule the brake balance results by driving it down the road and braking and seeing if the car pulls to one side, if it does not they can pass it. Maybe worth mentioning to the garage?

I work for Powertec and we do a V8 using 2 Busa's, we do a 2.6,2.8,.3.2 and 3.4! All rev to a minimum of 10500rpm, radical used the 2.6 when setting the lap record round nurburgring, hoping they will do it with something bigger soon! :D

MK2 Ph1 1.4 16v, got stuck in the snow today :o and got pushed out, did not spend much time spinning wheels ext to try and move, but last push into garage engine revved,wheels did not spin, instantly think clutch is gone but when locking garage doors noticed spots of gearbox oil in the snow...
Had a few starting probs with car and been reading on here and most people say probs tdc sensor, changed it today and started fine everytime so far!
One question though, why the blue plug and change of loom?
Is it an upgrade or just they decided to only make one for all cars so some need the...

He was not trying anything it was damp and he was driving to work as normal.

He's told me hit oil or something on the road, was coming off a long sweeping bend at about 50 started feeding in the power and apparently just went straight round on him, hit the curb and then straight into a bus stop, took out the bench there and the bus stop sign which has caused enough...
So dissapointed, mate has crashed his RX-7, had too share it with someone! Was a fantastic car now ruined :S
Was lucky, if the door had been pushed in a little more, I think it might have hurt!
Hi Guys
Just bought a white dial kit for my clio which i am planning on fitting next weekend but at the moment I have white needles, i want them red, is it just a case of painting them? If so the top of the needle or the underside?
Just had to change one of my exhaust clamps, took me like 30mins and ended up cutting it off, do not think it has been off the 8years the car has been on the road.
Is it possible to get stainless ones that would come off easier?
Or any other tips or advice to help look after it better and...
