Britannia are the same as well. Is good as it doesnt stand a claim on your policy although to be correct it should say Accident- no claim made. Also like for like is better than driving round in a micra or summit.

HPI only shows theft, finance and total loss. Accidents were the car is repaired dont show, unless the insurance have paid out the full value of the vehicle. it usually works on a 70% basis. I.e new 182 with value of 12k, can have repairs upto value of £8400 pinds before the insurance...

I had this with a 172 exhaust, magnex, and sold it on...... They wont do anything as its not been registered. They have to be regsitered... shame because if its lifetime it should be exactly that.

if you can track who did the repairs if it was in an accident then it should be under warranty from them. I would try and contact the previous owner.... If you can be certain it hasnt been in an accident then try another dealership... Feel for you mate... it is never nice finding stuff...
