It's the same with anything - once you are a customer, retention doesn't seem a main priority.
I had a 3 phone and I can categorically say it was the worst company I have ever dealt with, apart from maybe NTL. Their customer service is appaling, so bad that I wouldn't even contemplate using...
Not sure of top of my head, the new 40" LCD V Series Bravia. I noticed the same fault in the shop though. It's not too bad, just not crystal sharp like the other channels are when players are sprinting.
Yeh, if you want a Blu Ray player right now it is very reasonably priced, as most are almost £1000 still. But most people don't want one right now as it's such a new technology. It would have been a lot better to have it as an option later on, when more people want one, the technology will be...
I think the PS3 price is too expensive at the moment. So it has a Blu Ray player, so what? They should have released this as an option in a couple of years when it has some value. £425, plus another controller and a game will be pushing £500.... you could get an XBox 360 Premium with Live...
We have just got the latest Sony Bravia V Series TV and the pictures in HD are simply amazing. So much better than regular digital signals (incidentally, I found the old cathode TV a lot better in some types of program compared to the new TV, especially football).
As moreand more programs are...
The ultimate combo I have used over the Winter on wheels was AG SRP followed by CG Wheel Guard (2 or more layers, leave to cure for half an hour for each layer) and then Collinite 476s. You onl have to dribble on your wheels for them to come up trumps.
Then, when you wash your car just use...
Even £200 is very reasonable, considering the treatment will definitely add that value or more to your car if you are looking to sell. Not to mention the satisfaction you will have from having it in such good nick.
What are "cranks"? Do you mean the scratches? Hard to tell how deep they are from the photo if so, that will determine what you can do to fix them. If not gone back to the metal, then you can use some cutting polish to fade them out, but the bare metal is exposed you will need a respray. To...
I was at Leeds Uni, there are loads of Eastern European car cleaner places on Kirsktall Road (I think it was called - the one with all the used car lots and Evo on). Either get them to shampoo your car, or else they will probably let you do it yourself for a couple of pounds, just so you can...
Yeh lots of good people out there, ask to see past example images though if possible, that is if you are serious about getting it as close to perfect again (although this is near impossible!)
Does make you think "whats the point" sometimes though, as no matter how good care you take of your...
I suppose, depends what your definition of a wiper is I guess. Just the bit that attaches on the inside of the plastic "arm" bit. This is getting a little technical... :rasp:
Hi guys, hope someone can help. I need a new rear wiper blade for my 172, seen one for post 1998 Clios in GSF for £5.25, my only concern is that it says it is 16", and I didn't think the rear wiper on mine is that large. Please help as can't see out the back!!:dead:
Cheers guys
I think you can definitely feel the difference, seems a lot more responsive lower down the rev range, and the sound of the engine sounds slightly meatier than on regular petrol. Not so sure bout the economy, but maybe its because I tend to drive quicker when I use V Power. Always tend to go for...
Looking good Richy boy, the anthracite wheels seem to be able to produce a lot more reflective shine than the silver 172 alloys I have.
I am just waiting for the weather to clear up a bit before I do a "proper" clean again, will probably order the PC next pay cheque although will be testing it...
Looks great mate, really like that grey colour. If Iwork hard for next few years would love to get an E46 Coupe M3 in the grey... love that car so much! Might even get the pimped version with the red leather interior. Back to reality for the time being though :)
There used to be some good wipes used in the bodyshop made by a company called swarfega, have a really mild cut and some solvent to remove tar and mild overspray, polish up after and jobs a good un. Not sure where you can buy them for home use but really quick and eays product to use.
Just flicking through Total BMW at work and seen an article come ad for SP branded products.... good work whoever got that in there! Sure it will help sales a lot. Although there are loads of firms advertised in there, most of them quite poor though from what I can tell, mainly American brands...
