ive worked in retail now for just over 3 years, and people/customers can be so annoying
the most important rule to remember is that the customer is NOT always right, they dont know sh*t most of the time, its very rare that you get someone that actually does know more than you do...
there are VERY VERY few cars that lose the ECU memory if the batt is disconnected, and the likes of Cit/Renault dont fall into that small amount of cars...........
IIRC its one or 2 Jap cars.........
so your mate is wrong....
thats because people in Halfords dont actually know anythin........
if you look at your windscreen in the centre at the very bottom there will be a portion thats different to the rest, more clear, a diff shade.........as long as the R/A has a sky view through that then it will work fine
right, the Alpine 12" Type R and box retails for £250..........i can get it for less
thats for the Alpine sub/box deal thing so the box should be an ideal size
however, its cheaper just to buy a 12" box from work and the sub seperate
would i notice much difference in quality ?
the company who made the plate also gets a £2000 fine aswell, hence why i refuse to make a plate without all the documents matching up and being 100% proper...
well there clamping down more and more on plates
you wanna see all the crap we have to fill out at work just to make a plate up for someone
the idea is it stops people jus comin in and havin any old plate made up, but its makin em steal em off the cars now
i think if we start to see this logo in places it might be worth having but ive never heard of it until now and it might turn out to be one of those gimmicks that just flops
YES
using another oil would lead to more engine wear mate as it simply wont flow like the fully synthetic will
stick with that and i bet your engine doesnt smoke at 100k either !
right, Mobil 1 is only thin in the cold, which means it flows faster than a 15W-40, meaning that the oil gets to where it needs to be from the moment you turn the key, unlike a 15W-40, so you get BETTER cold/wear protection from cold with the 0W-40
Once your up to temp its practically...
15W-40/50 is the book recommended oil, however if your usin a synthetic then you dont need to follow that guide
if your happy with the Mobil 1, and its a VERY good oil, then stick with it, it will be better than any 15W-40 you put in
