try some Slick 50 power steering fluid its NOT got ptfe in it as far as im aware but it does lubricate the pump and stops leaks........... you can get it at any Motor World....

if the car has never been de-coked then maybe thats the problem start running the cars on Optimax and stick some Nitrox Hot Shot in with it aswell also make sure your filter is clean and that your fuel filter isnt an old clogged one........ basically make sure your car is runnin right...

oil is not oil ! Mobil 1 0W-40 as Fred is using would be a very good choice as would Silkolene Pro R 5W-40 / Total Quartz 9000 5W-40 / Shell Ultra 5W-40 / Carlube Triple R 5W-40......... go for a fully synthetic oil......

if you look in the back of the mags there is a company who make a lot of diff bodykits, usually a lot of Delta stuff on the pages, maybe they are actually called Delta i dont know, but they do pretty reasonably priced skirts and there is about 4 designs to choose from, they usually have a 2 page ad
