You can just press the feet button, and the button next to up that points up. Which it was it does when demisting the windscreen, it just uses A/C as it gets rid of the condensation. Is that what you mean? Its late :(

how would you go about rectifying it? Gasket plate?

I think what he means is just because Ktec supply, doesnt mean its right, cost over functionality For 300bhp it is a little small. What boost does the kit run?
