Paul is running std valves with 510bhp. And i was running std on 380bhp at 7800rpm with high egts. Same std valve as the meg iirc.

Checked the gearbox oil level? Sounds like box bearings but difficult to diagnose from that video. Box out and rebuild time I think! PM me if you want it doing.

How long ago did you have your cambelt done? If its very recent you could get away with just a new cambelt instead of the whole kit.

Just use sealer, it will be fine.

Pistons are different. Fit the 197 head to the 1*2 bottom end, and u will lower the comp ratio..
