They are lovely Roy I vote you get an iPad and Macbook. I am out though with the Macbook. I already have the MBP from last year and spending an extra £1100 to upgrade ouch. Would rather a Planet X carbon frame and a electronic Ultegra Groupset. But they are Epic none the less

I had a play with one on Sunday gone. Lovely the retina display is. But £1700 makes my ass clench too much. £1200 for a 13" and I could stomach that, but even selling my year old MBP would make it £1100 ish for the retina display one. They were lightening quick though

Just had a look at one in the Apple store. The text is sharper and screen quite impressive however not enough for me to buy one and sell my ipad 2 and spend the 150 to upgrade. Will stick with the ipad 2 for now. Just doesnt warrant the upgrade for me.
