I think it can be done as long as you have the rlink head unit.
is it shown in CV?
heated seats should be a able to be activated/deactivated using renolink or DDT4ALL (different to hard writing to the headunit)
So, the car/dash doesnt auto adjust the power graphs so i did some digging.. I found some info on a Spanish forum about rewriting some of the scales and info on the headunit. Gave it a go, taking data from my dyno print out, converting it to nm, then halfing it and then changing the results into...
The kit turned up to read/write the eeprom on the head unit, so following the guide on YouTube I set about playing. Easy to do to be fair, only thing that took time was writing the code to the file from a pdf. I reset the head unit after writing it back on and it popped up on the screen (y) Will...
Android auto was easy to activate with Renolink (I was careful this time 😅) had to make an adaptor harness for the obd socket first to allow comms with the headunit. Looks like you can change lots in there including boot up screens. I won't play too much though. RS Monitor next 🤞🏻
It has yeah (well it displays R-Link on start up and in the top left of the screen?)
I have a split obd lead on its way today so I can make the cable that allows communication with the headunit.
DDT4ALL I have a copy off but not the correct lead, Renolink should do the same considering...
Been a little quiet on the Clio front. I've got a few bits I want to do but I have given it another oil and filter change. I need to revisit the front end at some point and add ducting for the rad and intercooler. Id also like to get some cold air fed up to the filter. I'm not too keen on the...
Not had much chance to play, but have a done a few draggy pulls on the Clio this morning on the way to work, fresh air giving it some boost. Not too bad I don't think?
Nothing was flagged up, torque comes in nicely and isnt overly high, it could have pushed loads more, but itd have been a pig to drive quickly. So hopefully the clutch packs are well within their working limits
Wouldnt have been wise or safe to do a pull without a map on it. youll need a hybrid of some sort on there to get 280ish, i think the stock turbo is maxed out near 250.
No you will need the complete 172 upper engine mount, the gearbox mount that matches the gearbox you use (if 5 speed, you can use a modified 172 dog bone mount)
Drill the block and add studs
I used a DCI box, i cant comment any more than that.
No the GT turbocharger will not fit the manifold...
