Quite possibly nothing. It doesnt get used, i had every intention of having some fun in it but its lucky if i start it up every few weeks currently. Work vehicle and a family car currently mean it sits on the drive not being driven and with a second child due to drop i cant see that situation...

I have been browsing for a 740 for while now, this one though still listed was apparently sold. I say apparently as i was in convo with the buyer, asked a few questions and then for a start up video. Got a message back 2 hours later saying it sold to an old lady. This was on tuesday.

the solenoid wont be active until above 1600rpm i dont think so doubt you will see any signal there until the ecu calls for a phase shift. Its more likely you timed it all up wrong after changing the dephaser
