forgot about them, i was told they still have access to some of the old microfiche for old renaults. useless info but good for people like me who have the old stuff as well as modern.
then its not stock and efi's boost unit thing requires the stock ecu to be mapped. "No-way you can run the un-modified standard management on a turbo conversion, no way in hell" is correct if you did it would end in tears
i have an rs tuner remap on my 133. no top end gain really but the flat spot is less prominent. seems more eager from lower revs but its a characteristic of the engine.
I think the restrictor size depends on its location, before SC or in the pipe run. Ill try and see if i can dig out what mine were at 240 and 280bhp, they were pre sc
Also spotted a black 182 right outside the house this morning, would of grabbed a pic but I was getting my hands dirty, and funnily enough about 5 houses up the road I've spotted a blue 1*2 so will grab a pic when I next pass
There's a spot to drill it into so both the dash and the ecu still get a signal. Best to call them as thy used to have a picture available of where it went
Yes but you may loose certain things from swapping them over. Cruise control and auto things. It's not a definite and can be hit and miss as to what happens when you switch. I know of one where the pass window wouldn't work.
The map doesn't match the vin? It has to be the right version for the for your ecu that is all as I understand it. The rs tuner module gets locked to your vin, the ecu firmware number is usually upgraded and then a map /callibration that corresponds/matches to that
