I wondered to what I was supposed to be looking at and then remembered you got the model that came with nothing (to save hardly any weight just costs) and now are adding all the standard bits to it ...
If your really pushed for time (which will probably be outweighed ny the need to rewax after using it) AG Bug Remover Spray Works well, so I would use Alan's method.
On well waxed and sealed paintwork soap and water alone works for me.
Autoglym Super Resin Polish and Wekstatt Acrylic Jett will give a nice looking durable base on Blue.
For adding something a little extra, top them with a decent Carnauba wax. Depending on budget, Victoria Concours, R222 or Swissvax Onyx all look lovely on Blue.
Machine polish with some decent polishes (Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Finish) to give a deep gloss and clear look to the paint, follow up with some Carlack 68 and Werkstatt Acrylic Jet Trigger or Zaino AIO and Zaino Z2 Pro get my vote.
I find it handy in the fact you can use it over existing layers of wax without removing them.
The Clearkote Glazes are not pure like the #7 so I tend to use them in a detail to clean up paint initially before waxing if need be. After seeing some tests done and them reducing the Gloss when...
Best way to get the very best out of silver is to machine polish it to get the best gloss you can - even that will add little to the overall look. Other wise you will see very little difference whatever you do to it - the downside to silver.
Nice write up - like everything some people like Pepsi, some like Coke. You will always get someone preferring a different product.
Despite the Name Z2 is not a alternative to AG SRP.
He was grinning all day long!
The foreign plated 106 Rallye was properly on two wheels Russ Swift style in the morning through camp, I really did think it was going to roll .... and my camera was in the boot on my car - doh !
Spent some time watching for once so not many pics this year.
The ones I did take are here: http://www.richtreen.co.uk/events/rallyday08/
A few samples
Wire wool and Autosol to remove most of the crap, speeds things up so much, then refine the finish with Megs NXT Metal polish or AG SRP on a soft cloth.
Standard license should allow you to run it on two machines, it did for CS2, not sure about CS3 as I only have that installed on an intel machine and did not bother on the Power PC. If the machines are networked the same copy can not be opened at once.
White is very much like Silver you will get it glossy and shiny but the depth is hard to get like on dark colours.
A decent polish to give a good gloss, Menzerna Final Finish works well.
AG SRP and Werkstatt AJT topped with a decent wax.
Not altered any use age of anything under the update.
Location Services, 3G on all the time, Wi-Fi when at home, Bluetooth is off though.
Still not as good as the 2G was but better at least.
