I have just dropped my 172 off to have the 72k service done for £550 at four ashes renault specialist in Cannock, they always do a top job and just the same as what renault do with all genuine parts.

try turning autop updates to off. restart and see if its any better, i have had this trouble only the other day and apparently i read somewhere on the net the auto updates were doing it...

in my 172 there is a constant vibrating nois when the ignition is on. traced it to be coming from a tube shape thing that fits in the casing of the interior light. anyone know what it is and how I can stop the fucker from making this vibrating noise!!!!?

standard air box and filter. always run on v-power. matt its having the 72k service done early so will be plugged into tell me if it shows up any faults so if the plug leads are on of em, i will have them off you mate!

Any idea what this could be: The car drives ok but when your doing low rpm and put your foot down or just feather it from low rpm the engine really hesitates like its getting no fuel or running out of fuel. Its really annoying and if you keep it above 2k rpm its absolutely fine but if...

TBH mate it was an awesome exhaust but i was forever "messing" with it to get it to fit without knocking or rubbing on the bumper lol. However, i think just a new set of exhaust rubbers and it would have been fine. The performance gains with the btb are something else compared to any other...
