I let a very successful pro race driver do a lap in our car yesterday and he was really impressed. He actually got down on the ground and loked under the back to try and figure out why it handled so well. We absolutely murdered a couple Golf MK5 GTIs with it, both driven by pros.

Just thought I would let you know that there is a 197 in the hire fleet at the 'ring now. RSR offer a 197 as well as a V6 and Megane, and Rent-Racecar offer a Megane as well. So if a bunch of you are coming over and need extra cars, you can still have fun in a fast Renault!

I had far better results with the DS 3000 pads. I found the DS 2500s wore quickly and tended to shed the friction material entirely when they got a bit thin.

No such thing as too old for a 182. Loved my Ragnotti and I was an old fart when I bought it. I know one or two other old farts who are running about in 182s. Great car.
