Bonjour wobba! The Williams got sold on Sunday. :(
Sorry to see it go but iv the silver 182 with hesitation at mo. Its all pointing to the Dephaser being out. Dan at 519 is sorting it Friday with any luck. Some hard work you done so far. My old Williams would eat this 182 easy thats why im...
Thats your opinion. Its a daily car for me certainly not a performance car. Yes they handle well in the FF, as good as my Clio Willimas infact they just look soft in this guise. The 182 I can have a bit of fun in on way to work butt if I wish to go fast or a track day I'll use the Skyline.
Iv the FF 182 so have the darker wheels I just dont like the look of them. I was thinking of spacer adapter as ill be getting 20mm front and 15mm rear once iv lowered it 30mm from Dan at 519
Hi. I see most people want the Turinis for their 182 so that got me thinking why dont people fit the 197 17s as opposed to the Turinis?
Do they not fit? I think the darker 197s will look quite nice on my 182?
Thoughts.
Iv just fitted the £49 posted off gaybay. Only very slightly louder. Sounds nice actually. Just need to sort out the hesitation now. Looking like the dephaser may be out when the cam belt was changed @44k its now on 67k!
So with the springs and strut mounts you wouldn't say its any harsher ride? I'm in need of replacement top mounts and the car needs lowering in a big way I just don't want it to be too harsh as i'm getting old :p
your car does sit very nice on the spacers and springs ;)
Hi all after getting the Haynes workshop manual iff Amazon its turns out my 182 it excluded in the bloody manual. Nice of them to advertise so! :(
Anyway where would I get the 182 manual for the F4R engine? :o
Mine is standard Full Fat. I do need a front splitter and would like it a bit lower with different wheels.
Was looking for a blue one but this was the cleanest one I see.
Yeh temp is fine. It revs full range once warm.
Iv also unplugged the cam solenoid for the vvt and it has no change to hesitation.
The only thing iv not done is the lambada sensor swap. I can see one near the cat but where is the other?
Right iv now fitted the new coil pack and its not as bad. It still has a slight hesitation around 5250rpm but does not have the pronounced kick at 5k.
Getting pissed off with it now. Its had plugs leads and coil pack. Iv driven with map and iat sensors unplugged and it still hesitant. I can...

I noticed my washer bottle was empty also Drivers side xenon washer is leaking. Filled up the washer bottle with 5ltrs of fluid and its leaked out the pissing headlight washer!! Grrrrr. Must be the nrv (none return valve) passing. I assume it has a nrv?
