Rob - That sound like crap to me! My mates is pushing out around 210bhp and that has Racing Cams, Throttle bodies, Orbisound Exhaust, ECU upgrade and possibly a different manifold...so I doubt that other one will have 200bhp! More of a guess would be 165-170bhp Mike - Oh so it cant have been...

No his everyday car is a white transit! He also has a 1988 Porsche 911 Turbo LE but he says this isnt much slower and handles much better! Think he paid £18000 for it but he doesnt need to do any work to get it to go quicker.

And it is sweet! Its a R-reg with 6000 miles on the clock and has been tweaked by Nick Hill. It is currently running 210bhp and unofficial timing says 0-62 in 5.5 secs and onto 100 in around 14 secs. Not to mention the fact it has an Orbisound racing zorst...sounds sweet! Havent been out in it...

I used to get around 32mpg with my 172 but that was mostly town driving. Now I get around 42mpg going up to around 50mpg on motorways!

They are top notch! Had them on my 172 and they dont lower the car that much but the handling improved so much.

Go with R-Tec matey...you know they will do a good job. I have no complaints about my lowering and alloys from them.

1) Not as far as I know but get in touch with Autoleads as they may have one planned 2) You will need to buy a Pioneer one as the OEM unit in the 172 is made by Alpine but I dont think the connector will even plug into Alpine head units! 3) They are 13cms speakers so you will have no trouble...

I went for the 330d becuase I do a lot of business miles and I wanted to get my huge insurance down! 330i is quick but not a lot quicker, in fact the in gear times of the 330d are better than a 330i! I test drove the 330d and was so impressed by it that I just bought it. Plus chipping a diesel...

I have had mine chipped too so its got even more poke! Up from 184bhp and 285lbft to 220bhp and 325lbft. Getting a new zorst fitted soon which will make the turbo spool up quicker and about another 5% on those figures.

I raced a Cooper S last night and beat him...I couldnt believe it :D Had a play with a Saxo VTR the other night and he was nowhere to be seen after about 40mph. When I hit !20 he was a dot in the distance, so I slowed to 70mph and it took him over a mile to catch up and then I left him again...
