    When I took my car in for some work at BM they gave me a 318ti Compact. Had every option under the sun on it including the 18" rims and better bodykit. Needless to say I ragged it everywhere!

    Head unit hassle :(

    Yeah I had the same problem fitting my Pioneer into my MK2 and it was just a case of getting all the leads on the left hand side (looking at the dash) right over and out the way. It will go in though!

    Those Cup racers are quick! Some of us drove them last year at Bedford Autodrome but I dont think they were getting to 100 in under 5 secs. Maybe to 60 though. They are low because they have Eibach coilovers fitted to them!

    I swear Im going to ban people from going on about this topic! Jeremy (who works for Renault UK in Rickmansworth) has already confirmed that that is the new city size car based on the Micra...not the new Clio. The new Clio isnt out until 2005 at the earliest. The city car is out next year.

    I had Tarox 40 groove ones on my MK2 172 and they were great with the Tarox fast road pads all round. Cost me around £200 for the lot fitted by Nick Hill using the Cliosport discount.

    They are being built by RenaultSport in Dieppe (spelling?) so should have good build quality. The normal 172s / Cups etc are built in the normal factories as I understand but are just badged RenaultSport. Anyone can correct me if Im wrong!

    Saw this the other day

    My dad got behind one of the new 3.2 Vectras the other day and he said it flew off. Looked at the stats and they are impressive....still a Vectra though.
