ive used smooth red hammerite for a few cars calipers now, and its fine even when the cars had a thrashing, two coats is all you will need too.
or just google 'big red' they rebuild calipers and paint them a colour of your choice
it should pull when on in any directyion when on level ground. either somethings gone eg ball joint, top mounts etc or trackings out. id nip it into a place that does free tracking checks and see what they say
checked fluid, was slightly low but topped up and made little difference. the grey plug/switch off one of the pipes for pas (inbetween engine and rad, just below alternator) has leaked a little fluid from it, could this be it?
washed, clayed and waxed mine today... and im still not happy, so il clean it again tomorrow night and hope for the best it doesnt p!ss down sat night or sun
mines an scorpion rs 192 system, quiet when i want it to be, but a nice bark when you use the throttle, only downside is the fitment, basically it doesnt fit too well! once its fitted correctly you wouldnt regret it. general consensus on here is to get the yozza
my cars steering feels a little 'floaty' sometimes and heavy others, ive checked everything i can think of and all that im left with is maybe its a problem with the pas?
didnt realise corley was last stop, she should be fine as long as i put her on a drink ban! knowing theres n more stops means id be able to catch you all up anyway. any idea how many of us are going to be in this convoy?
does it pull in the direction of the camber? is your steering wheel straight on a completely flat road? if not you need four wheel alignment. i do at my place, where you from?
i was told it was thin, had it 5000 miles now so goin to change it next couple of weeks. so 0w40 is better for my motor than the recommended 5w40?? do you rate castrol? how about oil additives?
its how thin it is, the 'w' means winter. so its '0' thin when warm and '40' thick when cold. i run castrol 0w30 edge stuff in mine, says in castrols catalogue its fine for my engine. i am changing to 5w40 though because im not sure what the long term effects are (if any)
can we have a list of convoy stops/ pick ups plz?? if i miss corley i want to know next stop to be able to catch you guys up, also my missus is heavily preggas and shes got the bladder the size of a golf ball so can plan ahead how much shes allowed to drink!
